The Sabatia MP said as president, he will create a minimum of 15 million jobs for Kenya youth and assist small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in creating employment.

Sorry to say this, but for me, this was an anti climax.

Observations:
1] Could be wrong, but i sensed there were paid hecklers, who clapped, even when nothing of substance was said.

2]Why copy and not be original? Quiting ministry and retaining DPM?

3]Could somebody explain to me why he did not quit as the DPM?

4]So what assurance doe he have that there is 'democracy' in the new party?

5]Is he the party flag bearer and if so is that the democracy, he was talking about?

6]What was the idea of the Chairman introducing the officials by the regions they come from?

Same old same old ..........

@manyala, you expect Mudavadi to be very different? His candidature brings in a non-polarising candidate who will be in favour with the business elite. He does not promise any shift from how national politics is conducted now.

Is that what we want? Or we want a progressive leader who will move us from '3rd world' statutes?
