Hey buddies got some 250k that i plan to use in july to import a car meanwhile does
one know any investment vehicle sana sana shares that i can buy and get better returns than fixed accounts

lol...we arent even past 4000 mark on de index and this threads are popping up everyday !
anyway i would say jump into banks and industrial stocks .
and also buy uchumi !

If I were you a wudnt risk the money...not unless you dont really need i for july....Invest longterm and you wont curse the stockmarket

There is a saying thus "BUY WHAT YOU KNOW" Co-op bank will be closing books for dividends(40cts) and bonus(1:5) and has a big chunk in CIC (listing soon). At current price it's attractive though no one can guarantee more than fixed acc returns. At least u won't lose ur cash.

Oh . didnt see that . you want fast money !please try the local casino !am sure you are lookin for a stock that will double your money by then ..oh well. thats kinda hard to find
two months is a very short time unless you want to trade ( using technical analysis and all the charts you can get your hands on)of which am sure you dnt .

Put your 250k into KCB and book an 8.1% dividend return by june 2012 and a 12% dividend return in 2013 as you wait for the capital gains to materialize...

you are given as a lumpsum at the end of the 3 months if you get the money out earlier, u forfeit the interest.
