Even KCB went regional. They wanted to rename themselves KCB Bank to retain their identity but to drop the name kenya to aid operations outside kenya. Stockskenya can take cue.

we are the main stakeholders,shareholders,consumers and customers of the sk,it was worthwhile to have been given priorities in those strategic decision making. without the skerians the platform wont be there to start with,and as someone has pointed out down the threads,they wont be able to rake in the millions worth of kenya money they are making. sk admin,kindly reconsider your position.

Ok,why dont you guys suggest names for them that they can consider when they are going through this metamorphosis.... I start

1. SK East Africa Stocks
2. SK Stocks Limited
3. SK eeeeeeh (jazeni tuache complain without coming up with a solution......) they should have asked us for our suggestions... or the ones we gave were enough?

And they should give a reward to the person who comes up with the most creative name..... which incorporates the region if thats what they are looking at....

By the way,please retain our green color - it soothes some of our ailing eyesight... heheeheheh.. ... dont put screaming colors...

My take,sk has been acquired.
Now,I'm not worried about the new name and new look,it's the 'so much more'.

We neither want a new name nor a new look....Let it remain as it is. SK and green in colour. We are however open to all the other changes,as long as they ain't earth shaking!

Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't..

If they do that to us,we start our own SK.... and registered it as trade mark so they cant claim it..... anyway,we shall judge when it gets there.... I hope this far,sk or the acquirer (if it has been acquired)knows what we look for in this site....

I'd like to make a few predictions 1) anyone going to www.stockskenya.com in the near future,will automatically be re-directed to a new url,because 2) stockskenya has been acquired by another party with a broader agenda (e.g. using content like this to drive usage of either DATA services or to GENERATE AD REVENUE) 3) Its either a telco or a media house...
