not sufficient just to throw them out. should be taken to court in front a REAL vetted judge to answer for the miseries they may have caused the citizen

Haiya,u cant be serious asking this question in this day and age.
Some people are well connected everywhere they are.
We rely on such to give us updates.smile
And in case they aren't, hasn't it occured to you that people cld probably be on leave,sick or just taken a day off to be at home??
