And who said Kenyans are not improving?
If these things are happening tena live,we are gaining hoe they are not appointed to head some parastatals the way we do with the politicians.

I think our judiciary had sunk to irredeemable lows, a judge stashed Ksh 20M offshore for hawking justice !!
