I hope you have managed to check out that post for the legit ways to withdraw money from PayPal. Just want to add that you can ask a question either here or on the blog in case you have. Also you can like the facebook page on the right (at the blog) and be getting regular updates on freelancing in Kenya.

ePay Kenya have just changed their transaction fees. The current rates for transferring cash from PayPal to ePay-Kenya.com are 10% + USD 1.5. Withdrawal from ePay-Kenya.com is still at $3.
