An organisation can have ISO for a single process. It seems CCN picked one area and went for certification, but I wonder which process that is. Definitely not customer care.

This ISO certification is in vogue as all public agencies out do each other to gain the certification. The consultants doing it are a bunch of jokers, (no pun intended), and securing the tender for consultancy is BIG money with government bodies. The ask the Departments/agencies to document their work processes, procedures, policies, label documents, forms etc and ISO certification is issued PAP!!!!!!!!!!

ISO certification is about doing things in a certain way all the time. So, if the garbage track spilled garbage at point A today on the way to Dandora, we expect the same lorry to spill garbage at the same point A tomorrow on the same journey. See, that is what certification is all about. Spilling garbage on the road at the same time at the same place is not easy. If you do it repeated and consistently, you will get certified
