what a story,what an inspiration,the kind of leaders we need in this country to move forward.

You don't have to a techie savvy to make an impact or a genius,just by thinking around the box.

i actually follow him on twitter, such a good initiative he tweets in Swahili. i don't know whether all his audience get hi message though @chiefkariuki

I follow him too... but because I find his tweeps outstanding and funny.. but there is a lot of petty crimes in his location... there is always a lost sheep, a thief arrested, etc.

But he has done a great job on enhancing communication. He has encourage the people to register for his tweets from mobile service providers... imagine what a powerful tool that is. Every one of his tweets goes directly as an sms to the people...

Thats because he lets you know, its not unique to this location. Other chiefs in the country are quiet.
