Help a nigger here:
My iPhone 3Gs is 'eating' my credit without consulting me.
1.What settings could arrest this situation?
2.Is there an application that arrests this behaviour?
3.How do i copy Pdf or word documents onto the iphone from a PC?
4. How do I use bluetooth to transfer/Receive data from iphone to another phone?

PS: So far, for me, the iphone is over-rated.Bloody Bure Gadget

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Nunua HiPhone. Much better. Comes with two sims as well.
For credit you probably have some applications running in the background - like locations. So either disable them or disable mobile data and or 3G. Or let them run but buy a good data bundle which should give you a virtually unlimited mobile data.

Bluetooth- good luck with that. iPhones are notorious for not pairing well with other devices. Read someone that they primary purpose of the bluetooth is to use with accessories like hands free and not to communicate with other devices. Don't know how true it is.

PDF, Word etc from PC to phone - use iTunes.

For PDF just go to the books part of iTunes, copy the docs that you want (just drag and drop them there) to that section, click on your iPhone link and then from there click on the books link and sync. You can then read them with iBooks or whichever PDF reader you have. For word docs maybe send them to your email and open them to Pages or iBooks on your iPhone.
