http://www.capitalfm.co....-an-official-residence/

I once was lost but now am found. So they sang as they handed the mayor his official residence.

But then he spoilt the whole show the moment he opened his mouth to speak!

'Hata mimi naomba niweze, hata kama ni mwezi moja kukaa hapa*beaming face*,ili nitoke huko eastlands kwenye kelele ya mtaa.
And what did he mean by 'hata ndege iweze kunileta pande hizi.'
House has a helipad? to carry him from city hall to lavington?

Anyway Mr,mayor,Is living in lavington your ultimate short term goal jamani? seeing the excitement in your face? eish.Na kanjo haita fire fighting engines?

Do you know you can take an eastlando out of eastland but you cant take eastlands out of him?
Start by speaking like a visionary Mayor ama ukae tu eastlands cz I see no big diff in location if you don't come up with ways of improving nbo.

I would like to request the Town Clerk to renovate it so that I can enjoy it even for one month,” Aladwa quipped.

How could the N.C.C lose the Mayor's official residence?

How has it reclaimed the house?

This whole story smacks of idleness and falsehood.

According to papers filed in court, the anti-graft body accused Mr Ngala of conspiring with City Hall officials to irregularly allocate him the property whose ownership he later transferred to Ms Nzalambi.

In a dramatic twist to the saga last year, Ms Nzalambi entered into an out of court agreement with Attorney General’s office to return the contested property to the government.

There's always a dramatic twist first before we see action.
lakini,2 million rent arrears since she acquired it in 2003 ?
I know govermnt has coughed out more in 9 years than 2m.

It is clear Ngala used his powers to have the property given to him by the Council, so both are guilty coz council officials were also involved.

The house seems to be in a pathetic state, totally unhabitable. How could they let it deteriorate to such a horrible state? The houses in eastlands look much better inside!

Aladwa and all City Kanjoras should be forced to live in that house as it is "ili iwe funzo" to those who add no value to this city.
