membley plots how much are they going for now?

hello fellow wazuans,

I am interested in purchasing a plot in membley estate (40*80) how much are they going for now? especially the ones with a ready title? anyone selling theirs?

I had two but I sold them last year. You can now get at around 2M. I got some contact there, kindly give your email, I'll write to you.

is that near kwihota? how much are they going for in that area?
