Earlier this week it was reported in the media that Kioni has faced Uhurus ire for airing his views that Uhuru and Ruto + their supporters should should start proping up another person to run for president should the ICC cases refuse to go.

Kioni was pushed out of the position he held within G7. Plans are underway to kick out of the deputy whip postion he holds he hold in PNU.

That betrays a certain character of Uhuru.

Dictatorial!

That observation has been made by Ahmednasir Abdulahi in his Sunday Nation article.

Excerpts;

Quote:
They have, instead, become more militant, belligerent, intolerant, more demanding of absolute loyalty from all, and especially those they think are beholden to them.

Quote:
The strategy is premised on a number postulates. First is to ensure that any politician who has contrary views on The Hague process is politically sidelined and ostracised.

This intolerance is designed to create a siege mentality amongst the political elites that support them. It is also designed to have the same effects on their respective communities.

We need a strong man to tackle the other possible dictator who has proven to be able to stage a coup and a people's power revolution. My thoughts.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

If I were him, facing the prospect of incarceration after spending all my life in privilege - state house privilege no less - I would be mighty sore at anyone.

Central is slowly Odingalizing. It is becoming very hostile to anything non-Uhuru and shouting down any opposition. I foresee 3-piece Nyanza style voting system.

Hope that intolerance can remain that side of River Chania. I have no time for Kamotho, but he should be able to support whoever without having to take fanta to save his life.

I am always amazed by the hypocrisy people have in Kenya. Well its very simple, you have one vote use it as you see fit.
I for one, if given the chance will vote for Uhuru if he happens to be on the ballot and I owe no one an explanation nor apology. I know Mr McReggae will vote RAO and he owes me no apology nor explanation, its his choice. After the election results I will still engage Mr McDoba on Wazua. I mean life goes on whoever wins!!!

The propaganda of late from all quarters is getting out of hand and keeping Kenyans busy with electioneering that helps no one other than the media who are raking in lots of cash while we pretend to do "battle" (who has the most damning evidence against the other, who is more democratic than the other etc). Portraying my candidate as the wrong choice will not change my mind neither will you gain anything.

My choice my life! Live and let live!

Now that the substantive thread wont be opened/enabled for posting one shall be excused for posting relevant material here.

Note observations from Peter Mwaura here

http://www.nation.co.ke/...6/-/iwefuf/-/index.html

Mutuma Mathiu wrote a related piece as below.

http://www.nation.co.ke/...-/11iwdcrz/-/index.html

Obviously the Cabinet Secretary angling towards a stranglehold control om Media works at the behest of the Head of the Executive.
One wonders if it's different in this case - or so Mwaura seem to be suppose.

Yesterday while in Loitokitok, Uhuru defended IG Kimaiyo's recent outburst that was widely seen to be an affront towards Journalists and The Media in general.

KTN went overboard in that story revealing the fact that Moha is a sympathizer of the shabab. The media should exercise caution in their reporting its not hard to be objective. Did I read somewhere that whenever the guy travels he raises suspicion? What is happening here is not unique it happens world over at least here things are done in the open in that Kimaiyo actually talks. Read what happens in America: http://www.thenewamerica...ies-in-mysterious-crash
Or in the UK http://worldnews.nbcnews...s-holding-snowden-files

They should thank God they are here
