anyone who cares to listen knows that the above pictures were captured in Nairobi and Kisumu an the majority of the victims in the above photos were of the Kikuyu community (i can see a few kikuyu louts in retaliatory attacks committing crimes - I can tell by fashion ). however the ICC thinks its the cops that committed crimes against humanity!

We have eyes and cannot see...or we choose to see what we want to see. THE PEV IN KENYA STARTED IN KIBERA but hey....i guess some people are too clever to be caught - so much for international justice being blind!

I strongly disagree. Argument is pointless because none who hold opposing views are open minded enough to see different. So the opinions and memories become bitter rants. Let's move ON

What's more, a woeful reminiscing of Kenya's Darkest Hour by Hillary Ng'weno actually brings into doubt when the war started.

1. Could it be when the ugly loathing between politicians first festered? Or when the government denigrated the previous hard won right to representative election framework? Or perhaps when campaigning became tribal and violence was conceived?
2. Maybe when you and me propagated insults, fear, malice against our brothers through email/SMS
3. Some would say it's when election results delayed, or when the first stone was thrown, or when retaliation occured.

Dear @masukuma,

This post is very unfortunate. While we respect your previous contribution to our community, it appears you feel entitled to espouse strong sentiments despite us frowning against your discussion of Politics in this space.

What, pray may I ask, breeds this sense of entitlement?

Human beings are political beings, politics is not for animals but humans....I am human and thus political, your choice to muzzle me stems from the fact that you may not agree with my political views i.e. my political views do not align with yours and that makes you human as well ergo you and I deserve the same rights to air our views.

<fact>
but you choose to deny me the same fortunately/unfortunately I will not beg.

<politics>
The problem with you wazua admin is that you choose to hide your head in the sand on facts.
</politics>
<fact>
Examine all my posts - they are ALL FACTUAL, I GUARANTEE. The problem is that people choose to be lied to and to listen to lies that please them. When I state facts, my facts get labelled as 'strong sentiments'.
</fact>
<fact>
The last I checked I did not post any insult, nor did I insult any tribe. I just mentioned dates and the FACT that PEV started in Kibera as we all know.
</fact>
Najua niko karibu kuwa usered but.... I have said my piece!

for definition sake...in our case PEV is the 'POST' election Violence. hiyo ingine ni PRE election Violence. So what happened in Molo was Pre 2007 election violence ama if you want it to be a post election violence case it can be considered as Post '2002' election violence.
