Good morning Wazuarians

I'm conducting some due dilligence on these guys.. Anybody know who they are? Dealt with them?

I understand they bring people together to purchase or develop property. Can they be trusted?

rule of thumb for financial deals - before you part with 100k, ask yourself how much sweat and blood you put into earning it, then ask yourself how much the recepient deserves the 100k . . . and therein, my friend, lies the answer

another rule, how easy is it to pull out if it doesn't work or for any reason?

BTW, good idea to do the due diligence. They might be a pyramid scheme . . .

And again, all good strategists and investors prefer to manage their own portfolios and investments. When someone offers you riches, think twice . . .

Its very scary to deal with people who've not established their credentials with Wazua...

Wazua should consider offering certification services..

I know of Tofina where guys pool resources for real estate.
The idea is simple, look for land, get approvals, cost single unit, and get members equal to the units.
So build your house or appartment at cost plus a management fee for the idea and supervision.

I know of someone who has invested through Tofina and it seems to be a positive venture in as far as being able to invest in real estate in areas where one would not be able to afford individually. They seem to have largely invested in Lavington but they also have other projects elsewhere (see their website).

anyone else with any other up to date reviews/opinions?
