I read on Business Daily that for 2011, whereas price of luxury properties in Miami rose 20%, London rose 12%, Vancouver rose 10%, and Beijing rose 8%....

Kenya tops the list with 25% rise in Nairobi and in second place 20% rise at the Coast; the only cities in the “southern hemisphere” to have reported double digit property price increases.

So we need to celebrate. In addition to Kenyan tea, Kenyan flowers, Kenyan tourism, MPESA, and Kenyan runners, we are now at the top in 'valuable property'. What say ye?

Muganda,I don't think you should celebrate unless you are Uhuru Kenyatta- with lots of real estate.It means you will be buying property at higher prices.
