i remember at some point one of them had a mention in the courts for using forged/fake papers purportedly for their finance manager in filing returns'

Your link is out + i thought i saw UAP listed amongst the licensed insurers for 2012 in the papers last week or are they refering to UAP Life? Sad Sad Sad I have a policy with them.

Policyholders have nothing to worry about. Investors should wish for a piece of cake in UAP 'private placement'.
