Where can i put this amount of money for now in a plot and wait for an year while it grows.

any ideas wazuans?

Towns/Areas neighbouring Konza City.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@maichblack, will this konza city thing ever take off,ama its another tatu city in the making,which will take ages to materialize and two am thinking,if we can't fill Sameer Park along mombasa road one year after completion, how the hell on earth is konza supposed to get going?

@wilyum. Great point.Why is sameer park still empty and it was supposed to serve as a tiny version of what konza city will be
