If you had any doubts of RAO and his cronies interfering with the election process, judge for yourself on watching this video.

In this youtube video, IEBC chairman Isaack Hassan and its commissioners share a conversation that was not supposed to go on record.

Two commissioners are overheard telling the chairman of a message they have just received from ODM chief whip Jakoyo Midiwo, loosely translated as ,we will give you a beating. The exact words in swahili are "akina Midiwo, wanasema ati watatupiga vita"

IEBC Chairman Isaack Hassan replies that its alright - "that's what the PM told me, in the boardroom..."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd_tLzIns_s

After calling the Constitutional Courts "mahakama bandia" now Mr Raila Odinga is threatening the electoral commission, as mentioned by the IEBC commissioners in that video, because he does not agree with their decision.

Vote wisely.

If this is true, hata wao waende. Would love to see 2013 polls without the usual suspects. Hassan peleka watu kotini. Ocampo has taken care of 2. You don't have to wait for Ocampo to come for one more do you. If they said that to you, take them to court.

I also watched that video, and wondered, is it real or 'photshop ya sauti'.

Seriously, will the @ admin freeze this, or let us see whether it is a forged document!

Chemos, I don't think this should be usered. This is a serious issue of a politician allegedly threatening a public servant.

It is a serious issue and can't be swept under the carpet.

dunkang is right though, the authenticity of the clip is paramount. If it is "mouth photoshopped" then the creator should be hung on a string.

Kenyan politicians are just silly bar none.

Mr Raila Odinga yesterday after issuing a statement saying he didn't mean (nkt) to call the constitutional court "mahakama bandia" declined to comment on the new storm he has generated over the threats the commissioners indicate he made to IEBC.

See more on this issue from 2:40min in the report below:

"Tutakupiga vita" PM to Hassan

http://www.standardmedia...054588&cid=159&

It was on KTN. Hassan was visibly shaken. I think he imagined being uprooted like the railway line. Am even yet to check the YouTube clip. RAO is simply a man of war - his way or the battlefield.

I think we don't need a war-raila (warrior) for a president. When he kicks he does so very hard - from "korti bandia" to "Tutakupiga vita"

Now am convinced Mudavadi is the best bet for ODM. Can we give him a chance please?

No photoshop there.

I always say, hikyo ni ki-dikteta.

I also hinted to you that opinion polls now are not been rushed to the media because ni Kubaya. Though he is still leading, Ki dikteta is at 26%. Losing ground worse than anything else.

Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta, Ki-Tikteta!

@jah man... with all due respect to you and your hero, this is a very serious matter, especially coming from an "incumbent" who is seeking to be "remain" in power.

why? because if you rubbish the courts, and then threatens to fight the electoral body, what happens if/when you loose and you do not concede?

You say something like "niliwaambia kitambo, hiyo electral commission ni bure kabisa, sasa ona wameiba kura yetu! hii kura waliiba kitambo wakati waliweka date ya march bandal ya december! halafu wanatuambia kama hatukubali kushindwa tuende kortini. kortini gani? si hiyo ni baandia? nani hajui hiyo? mimi siwesi kwenda kwa mahakama bandia, nitaenda kwa street."

and then kaboom....

he should sincerely apologize to all kenyans for these two actions.

Hassan looks very shaken!

I think he should tell us more.

But Hassan is heard interjecting the conversation saying the PM told him after a meeting that "Tutakupiga vita, lakini wewe endelea tu (We will fight you but you go on with your work)."

With all due respect to the Right Honourable, why can't he just concede defeat early enough. He should stop looking for tu-jisababu for Mapambano 'peaceful demonstrations' in January or March 2013!

Have you also noted how ID cards are not issued. Is it also a secret weapon, where the process will be rushed with 'some' kenyans not been able to register.
