Got the proposed Greater Southern Bypass (see link)

Thought from Ngong', the road would head to Suswa (67kms) Any news on this?

From Ngong,the road will branch into two.One heads straight to Suswa thus joining the Narok-Bomet-Kisii highway,while the other heads to Rironi on the Southern by-pass.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Can't tell Sad but you would expect prices to be up there since it's on the Nairobi-Naks highway.

@Guka, asante...would you have the map for the road starting at Ngong to Suswa? I'm more interested in that one and can't seem to find it....

I remember i while back bringing this road up in some land discussion at that time land at kisames where the road will also pass was going at 135k per acre at the last sale its 450k...i,l try get you guys the map of all the intended by passes and proposed road constructions...

I,l have the hard copy with me by the end of working day tomorrow for the soft 2 of the guys who have it arent around will have to be patient on this lets see next week how you guys will get them...the plotting has been done and even if there are changfees on the ground they will be very minimal...
