We need to know the department within it that's doing the advertising so that we can restructure it! And I've never understood the choice of there new logo which seems to suggest use of incandescent lamps instead of energy savers. The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

Though, my unsolicited advise would be for them to use the money to improve their services and make it hard for their competitors to penetrate.
