I tend to think the problem is not with Uhuruto, it is with us the masses who should analyse and see a politician's principles in perspective BUT we refuse to think. Uhuruto Marshalled their supporters in parliament to defeat the Kibaki/Raila quest for local tribunal. Now they shout all over in prayer meetings that Raila took them to Hague, and even sponser fake papers in parliament to justify their cause, and we still follow. Raila cd be wrong, and this shd be pointed out BUT lets also be sober and point out where Uhuruto are wrong, lets use the same scale to get better leaders for our beautiful country. Lets not be afraid to speak the truth. Alhamdulillah. the failure to have a local tribunal was pivoted on the central kenya mps - they wanted vengeance on those who caused PEV. secondly, the reason people are suspicious on the ICC is that the prime beneficiary of the whole affair is not present in the court case. everyone else seems to be represented in there except the beneficiary. Now this is another lie that Ruto spreads and you swallow like cheese. come to think of it, is it not true that the Ruto axis of ODM were not pleased when Kibaki and Raila struck the peace deal, that they preferred PEV to continue. why is it that only in RV did Raila have fanatical support as to make the Kales Kill Kiuks?, was there a ruto hand in this?. the mentality that Only one person benefitted from the PEV peace deal is wrong, Kenya benefitted. None was clear winner so even Kibaki benefitted, Ruto became a minister, Kenya settled for peace.LETS NOT FEAR SPEAKING THE TRUTH. IT WILL SET US FREE. When u say everybody is represented in ICC except the prime suspect, what do u mean?. Is ICC a Legco for representation, prime suspect as per whose doctrine, coastarians, Turkanas and maasais are not represented. So who is this everbody?.BTW Uhuru is not representing anybody in ICC, not Kiuks,NOT even his wife, He is rep. himself. same as Ruto. LETS SPEAK THE TRUTH. Ruto can only be seen to have had a hand (and a leg too)in PEV - Rift Valley chapter. Raila too had a head in it as well or what was is POSITION then. PEV in other parts of the country had local leadership, the overall Boss was never in doubt though. Whenever any of Raila's PEV lieutenants ran into any trouble, he would come to their defence - formulating some explanation/justification - remeber him giving such tired lines to the media including BBC - not least over the Church attack in Eldoret by ODM warriors! The NETT beneficiary of PEV is not a question that is in doubt either. Ruto and the rest were what one would call mere auxiliary beneficaries- that why they are no longer in Govt todate despite the continued existence of the Accord! Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu

Masukuma, I am just wondering, did they then knowingly 'engineer the hague' to take out someone who they knew from the political field? oh yes, as is being used by its proponents now. the tune would be different if names starting with "O" were in the mix. How do I know this? does anyone remember that the likes of Ny'ongo and ODM top brass were breathing fire and brimstone during the PEV period saying - JUSTICE BEFORE PEACE, NO RAILA NO PEACE until they witnessed on national TV their kin being pulled off a matatu and slashed? their tune changed to - let's discuss this. there is no need for violence e.t.c. @Masukuma, well said but while kiuks were slaughtered by kaleos they turned to jangos. The kaleos were spared and no weapon was raised against them hence WSR would not mind the butchery continuing. To this day if losses were to be enumerated then the kaleos lost the least.

Wasn't this the borne of contention? -According to PNU RAO was the beneficiary because of the PM position -ODM thinks MK did not deserve any of the 'clout' in the first place. Can we stop focusing on who benefited from or lost what, and concentrate on issues that will unite rather than polarize Kenyans.

For Kibaki PEV came only to compel him to loose some of his clout.
For Raila this is what got him the nusu Mkate!!
Otherwise if no PEV was initiated and directed from Orange Nyumba, Kibaki would have remained a President without having to "share" some power with Raila, and Raila would be the leader of official opposition in Parliament.Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu
