Land is 0.54 Ha (Approx. 1.33 Acres), located 2 km from the main road. Owner quoting KES 2 million negotiable. How much is land costing around Kenol, Murang'a?

That place has some ridiculously bad cartels.
Do some due diligence before committing.

Whynt ask the residents of that area first . Am sure you have been to the area .

have u looked at the soil type??most of kenol has black cotton soil..but i think 2m is a bit on the higher side..area inaitwa aje?i could ask for you. Every man is guilty of all the good he didn't do-
