@Kihangeri,
Without even touching the ICC issue, I thought for a moment of going after you but I realized you're probably a broke, bitter dillusional person. But I want to let you know that what you strongly believe in could actually bring you down.

I will give you an example of Joshua Sang, I am a Kalenjin and like any other Kalenjin I listen and follow Kass FM. Before ICC went after Mr Sang a number people had warned him about his insensitive remarks on KASS FM, people would write private facebook messages to Mr Sang and he would in turn go on air and call these people fimbo ya mbali(in kale) because most of them were in Diaspora and were warning him on legal interpratation of his remarks.

So Mr Kihangeri, I understand the law very well and I want to give you a heads up, you can hate a court as much as you want to but you much construct your words very well otherwise your words can be used against you. Secondly Wazua is a big platform so this place can turn you from a small fish to a big fish without increasing the size of your wallet.

I will also want to give you a good advise, everyone knows you hate the west, I don't think you can sell that any more than you've already sold it, people who will buy what you say are people who think like you do and I think you have those people on your side already, for people like me and I guess other here, the more you push that agenda the more you look like an idiot.
Applause Applause Applause Ditto! now you've just reasoned like 12 elders with one of them drunk.Spot on wise counsel to this kihangeri clown.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

@architect

My views on freedom of expression especially online are very clear. Opinion should never be legislated. There was the case of the young man who is alleged to have abused someone.

I thought that case was silly as they had to prove that it was him even before they go into hate speech. I also think he had a right to think what he thought.

However in the muite case, it is not a social media case as "jonarists" would like to claim.

Someone made a very deliberate statement somewhere. The said person has even admitted to making the statement. That unfortunately is not social media but a defamation suit.

For example...I can say that Kahengeri sounds like he's very desperate to make us believe that Ocampo is the devil. That is just what I think.

But I cannot say that Kahengeri has been paid to go into as many forums online as possible to cause discomfort amongst otherwise peace loving Kenyans. That would require that I have proof which I do not have. So I cannot say it.

So you see, it has nothing to do with social media.

I can also say that I agree with Drunkard's last post 100%. It is upto Drunkard to prove that Kihangeri is an idiot.

I believe in an open society where everything is laid bare for all to see and make a judgement as opposed to just a few.

I have seen most of these emails in popular Kenyan forums and blogs which are available on Google .

They have been subjected to debate and its up to the viewers to either support of reject the witnesses based on the leaked emails.

There is no point in scaring anyone that they would be jailed for giving truthful information.

Only the most cowardly will fall for such a threat.

First and foremost, there is a thin line between freedom to discuss issue related to an individual or a group of individuals and infringement of a host of rights for the said individual or individual. You can also discuss rumors and other information in public domains within minimal violation of rights of others.

In Kihangeri case for instant, Mr Kihangeri could discuss the names of the ICC suspected witness in a third person setting and that would fall under informations in public domains and rumors but Mr Kihangeri crossed the line once he discuss the said individual in first person i.e "I"...know, saw, discover, found, investigate. I can interprate that Mr Kihangeri sigle handly validated/rubberstamp/certify to a large number of audince that the rumors in public domain are indeed true and the witness 4 is indeed who mr Kihangeri pointed out and if Mr Kihangeri had not done that all the informations and leaked emails would remain rumors. Infact Mr Kihangeri used objective terms to support his claim, the terms included, "Investigate." And by looking at the responses the thread recieved in Wazua a reasonable person would concluded that Mr Kihangeri managed to convience alot of people therefore he managed to turn rumors to reality to some people.

I can prove Kihangeri is guilty without trying hard!

Lets move back to history.
Graham Hancok did reserch on what causes poverty in Africa. His conclusion is in the book review below:Lords of Poverty.

John Perkins also gives 1st hand insight on how threats, assasinations and blackmail are used to create poverty in Africa. See his findings below:

This issue here about PNU Spokesman and Muite which is already in Kenyan courts will help in determining the legalities involved in exposing leaked emails.

See this DRC ICC issue

http://www.possible-futu...c-missed-opportunities/

QUOTE FROM THE SITE
Quote:
The Kinshasa government has its share of responsibility, having very cleverly used the ICC for its own political expediencies by turning its enemies over to the Court while shielding its friends from international prosecution. But to understand how what was one of the most fertile grounds for international justice in modern times was squandered so quickly, one must turn to the actions of the Court’s own prosecutor and the succession of faux pas and ill-advised decisions he took in the course of the investigation into the Lubanga case.

Quote:
In the communiqué announcing the opening of the investigation, the prosecutor highlighted the fact that his office would focus its investigation so as to target “serious crimes” committed in the DRC territory from 1 July 2002 and only those “people that bore the highest responsibility” for the crimes.10

In the following months, however, the exact opposite happened. At the end of what appeared to be only a cursory investigation, the Court indicted people hardly thought of as bearing the highest responsibility for crimes that were not among the most serious committed in Ituri.

Quote:
For most Congolese, Thomas Lubanga did not fit into the category of persons bearing “the greatest responsibility” for the crimes committed during the second phase of the Congolese war.

@ Mr a4architect.com
I don't get what you're trying to prove, do you really think people will click the link? Again could you be possibly siting other people's opinions?

Any the funny website, it is like quaoting KASS FM on william Ruto, or Nyongo on Raila.
