Polite? this is not heaven, this is what I have learned in life, polte people are the most walked over people in this world, when someone say you're so polite they actually mean you're probably a returd. You're worried about hurting people's feelings? Oooh! come on!

THE ICC Chief Prosecutor yesterday threatened to request the arrest of controversial Ugandan David Matsanga after he sensationally claimed that a witness had recanted his evidence to him. Matsanga convened an “international press conference” at the Norfolk Hotel yesterday claiming he had tracked down Ocampo's anonymous witness number four to a foreign country. The witness had then allegedly recanted the evidence that he gave to the Waki Commission against Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and former Civil Service boss Francis Muthaura. From the usual brown chimp, kihangeri. James Maina Kabutu is WITNESS NUMBER 4...SUE ME! You know, the problem with Ocampo is that he has not dealt with a case like the Kenyan case. Hapa ndio atatambua!! hapa maneno sio mchezo! Kenyans are sharp people. this is not Congo where no one knows what is happening, you cannot hoodwink us. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

Witness Number 8 One of The Hague’s star witnesses was on Tuesday dismissed as a self-confessed criminal who had admitted taking part in the 1992, 1997 and 2007 post-election violence. The witness, whose identity has been concealed and is only being referred to as Prosecution Witness Number Eight, was described by a lawyer representing broadcaster Joshua Sang as a drunkard who could not be trusted. The witness was responsible for 3,000 of the 4,000 pages of the prosecution’s evidence, said lawyer Logan Hambrick for Kass FM presenter Joshua Sang. I'm really trying to understand the logic for all these so called un naming of names. What is it aimed to achieve? The 4 suspects already know who they are. The lawyers know who they are. The prosecutors and the judges too. So what is the point of all this excitement? I can actually see you jumping up and down with a banana just stroking yourself that you've named names. So if you name the names, does it mean that (let me be very blunt), Uhuru is innocent? Does it mean that Ruto is innocent? Does it mean that there were no children burnt in a church? What exactly is the point of this particular path of logic? Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

What exactly is the point of this particular path of logic? Some innocent minds turning nuts with this Ocampo thing.I think the lawyer did what he's paid to do, tear evidence down. In that alone is no victory. I don't know how or why it would excite anyone. Justice is slow and cold. Save those excitements for the last. One day ICC verdict shall be read,why bother parading "evidence" against the 4 on wazua? If today a monk was to witness against me for a spate of armed robberies, and a known bank robber also get called to testify against me, whose evidence would one tend to believe? Monk's or gangster's?
