... Kihangeri went an extra mile to post the name of someone, he claim to have done an investigation on that person, so there is a probable course to believe that Kihangeri is not just like any other Kenyan discussing names, he is acting on his words and has employed some resources.

...There are alot of evidences to indicate that Kihangeri, knowingly, is using the internet to intimitate witness, there is also a pattern established in wazua by Kihangeri through his regular posting,(the pattern established) indicated hate of the ICC process and those aiding the process, there is also a probable course to believe that because of that hate, Kihangeri can harm the said witness or anyone aiding the process.

Who has those E-mails? I have only a few and once I get the whole lot, I will spill the beans and peas together. Evil has to be exposed even if it comes to us as an angel. Okampo should know we are not small kids to be fooled and then he hides behind protecting witnesses whom he knows deep within his rear that they are fake witnesses. That kafela should shave his funny beared before allowing his pic to be taken. I love Okampo but I demand adult or mature Justice. Fisi akiwa hakimu, mbuzi hana lakusema.

I believe in an open society where everything is laid bare for all to see and make a judgement as opposed to just a few.

I have seen most of these emails in popular Kenyan forums and blogs which are available on Google .

They have been subjected to debate and its up to the viewers to either support of reject the witnesses based on the leaked emails.

There is no point in scaring anyone that they would be jailed for giving truthful information.

Only the most cowardly will fall for such a threat.

D and D is no longer an offense in Kenya. Loitering with intent is also not an offense anymore. Preparation to commit a felony too is in kaburi ya sahau.

Without even touching the ICC issue, I thought for a moment of going after you but I realized you're probably a broke, bitter dillusional person. But I want to let you know that what you strongly believe in could actually bring you down.

I will give you an example of Joshua Sang, I am a Kalenjin and like any other Kalenjin I listen and follow Kass FM. Before ICC went after Mr Sang a number people had warned him about his insensitive remarks on KASS FM, people would write private facebook messages to Mr Sang and he would in turn go on air and call these people fimbo ya mbali(in kale) because most of them were in Diaspora and were warning him on legal interpratation of his remarks.

So Mr Kihangeri, I understand the law very well and I want to give you a heads up, you can hate a court as much as you want to but you much construct your words very well otherwise your words can be used against you. Secondly Wazua is a big platform so this place can turn you from a small fish to a big fish without increasing the size of your wallet.

I will also want to give you a good advise, everyone knows you hate the west, I don't think you can sell that any more than you've already sold it, people who will buy what you say are people who think like you do and I think you have those people on your side already, for people like me and I guess other here, the more you push that agenda the more you look like an idiot.
