Any progress on this? I'm looking to buy 2 to 5 acres..5Km radius from Nanyuki and or Naromoro towns..150-300k

You can get 150-300k per acre but I'm not sure about the 5Km radius. Last year we were (Group) scouting for land in the area.

I can try to get you a contact of a guy (Has a ka small property firm there) we were using then if interested. However, we didn't buy because another investment came up.
