@a4architect - Why is there a never solved dispute on Ilemi Triangle in Turkana which is claimed by both Kenya and S. Sudan.
@kourage, I think if a boundary dispute of some peasants somewhere in Thika can stretch for years, trust me, the one between Kenya,S.Sudan and not to forget Ethiopia, will not be easier. Boundary/border matters are never straight forward.
About cos spending billions to prospect for oil/minerals, of course before the lower the drilling gear, they'll have done survey and studied loads of data.
They are never sure,geology of the block leads them.
That's how that Australian co. even after sinking billions at the coast, they pumped out nothing.
Mining is risky and expensive business.
