Safaricom and Innovation in 2012

TR50 which is MIT's list of world's innovative companies is out. These are companies who's innovations force other businesses to alter their strategic course.

So for 2012: alongside Facebook (web integration), Google (Android 4.0), Twitter (mobile app), Zynga (free games), Dropbox (sync files)

Only African company: Safaricom for deploying mobile health services on their network (Daktari-1525 etc). Good stuff.
