I'm so proud of what we did last night, what a way to exit the CL. Actually i think its even better than progressing to the Q/F or even Finals halafu you get thrashed by Barca or Real.....it keeps the spirits high. This team can beat anyone if they are confident enough! The team that beat Chelsea, Spurs, L'pool and Milan is more or less the same team that had a terrible start in the league....what we need is just one or two signings to give us depth. How i wish we had Wilshere on that pitch, atleast there are signdon't think they have what it takes to win the CL this season.....they'll be lucky to get past the Q/F stage!

We missed that yesterday night, especially when the Ox and Walcott left....players were tired, and I doubt it is about physical fitness.....

Thought the same about wilshere...but congrats to Milan and the diving Ibrahimovic (1st and 2nd leg)

Kudos! Arsenal that was quite a game..the momentum really carried them for a while!

Like Taz has said i think they need a few more players, 3-4 more quality players and they are home and dry. Jana i could not believe it was the same Rosicky in the EPL,he really bossed that game and is it just me or is Gervinho such a waste of space?? also Walcot kept on running away from the defender instead og to him as their left back was also quite suspect, Milan were there for the taking!!

I can't stay they will be this poor come next round with Boateng,Nesta,Pato coming back then you see what a formidable squad they have.

That said Chelsea went about their business jana and got a morale boosting win/clean sheet and can now build on the momentum, they actually played quite well who knows maybe 3rd will be ours..or win the CL !! HEHEH

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

messi was just awesome last night. 5 goals in a single champions league match is a record. actually he just improved on the 4 goals he put past arsenal. arsenal fans must be relieved, thats one less bad record.
as for the chelsea pensioners, they laboured to eliminate a team in the 2nd division! Fernando Torres, their star striker has not scored a goal in 5 months! they should demand for a refund from liverpool

They need to create some new words in the Emglish dictionary to describe this man Messi - the superlatives have run out.

When was the last time you saw an English player chipping a goalie in a one on one situation???They more often than not blast the ball onto the goalie's body!Messi does it all the time and so naturally you'd think it's the easiest thing to do.

Barca should just win the CL for the 2nd time in a row and create history by being the first team to win it back to back in the current CL era that started in 1992, they deserve it for their play. And La Masia keeps churning out talent - that boy called Tello was not half bad at all!

Looking at the remaining teams in the CL, i think the only team that can beat Barca in this year's final is Bayern Munich...the CL final will be played at their home ground which will be a massive advantage for them. Only way Real can beat Barca in any competition is through points (kama league)...

am sure man-u fans remember Basel FC. the swiss minnows who deservedly knocked them out of the champions league. i think rooney alone earns as much as the entire team, coach and management included. but i digress. they were hammered 7-0 by bayern munich last nite.

Basel never knocked Man Utd out, the competition had not reached the knock out stages!!!

Barca have always been my second home after Arsenal but we need a team to bring them down to earth.....this year I'm with Bayern for CL glory. What happened to Inter, can't believe its the same team that won the CL with Mourinho.
