The law is very clear, I don't know where you do not understand, Steal election is not a crime against humanity, having said that, fronting that argument that since you benefit the most you're resposible is very flawed, at the moment we know that the top four are the Ocampo 4, Raila could be number 5 or 6 or 7 but so far he hasn't made it to the top 4 so you have to live with that. Like Ocampo said, there are so many other responsible but he is only going after the top ones so it is the responsibility of Kenyan courts to go after the rest, if you think Raila is the Kenyan courts should go after him.

@Ali
It depend on where you stand on this, I do not see anything wrong calling for their arrest but again it is the court to decide.

and what is a crime against humanity according to the laws ? Would the law consider the Americans nuclear bombing of say Hiroshima a crime against humanity.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.

there are only 2 people responsible for PEV in kenya, raila and kibaki, those two should also be at the HAGUE

Now this statement??

Do you have the evidence? Iko wapi? Ama ni domo domo tu?

If you don't have anything to substantiate this argument, then you are liable for empty talk. Some guys can even sue you for this.

Wazua can also be in trouble for fueling gossip and innuendo.

Lets not take this a charade. Take what you say and back it up with "rinks".

@ Alma.....UK & WR might have organized the PEV but Kenyans fought because of RAO and MK. There might not be enough evidence to prosecute them at the ICC but that doesn't mean they are innocent....how many criminals have gone free because of that! They failed Kenyans at a time of need because of greed for power! Sasa wanajifanya the biggest advocates for justice. The Truth Justice and Recon Commission have a lot of work in their hands.

He has certainly disappointed and shocked many by his utterances.

It was hoped he would continue keeping mum as more things were piled on him.
