'He's the greatest beneficiary of the violence' as Ruto says.
He's got the audacity to call for the arrest of suspects. The prosecuting court itself has not seen the need.
He says the two suspects are inciting the people againt the court. The court itself hasnt seen the incitement.
He says they are pretending to hold prayer rallies. The last time i checked, though politics were there, prayer was key. I have seen them kneeling to be prayed for.
What would happen if he took power?
That advert, headline and words were too strong coming from a holder of such an office.

I have always argued that any case that does not include the greatest beneficiary PEV is lame and insulting to ignorance. picture this - people are fighting over a loaf of bread, punches ensue and people are badly injured. they decide to 'gawana' the loaf between the 2 fighting parties. The fighting stops, some people who were throwing punches are arrested. the person who they were fighting for is not! he is not even questioned! what kind of stupidity is that? success of the ICC trials in their current form and shape will actually introduce impunity! impunity is the spirit of - UTA DO? right now possessing akina RAO. Tuliwapiga, muka-react mukashikwa....SISI NI WAEREVU KUWASHINDA!

@Masukuma.
The law is very clear, I don't know where you do not understand, Steal election is not a crime against humanity, having said that, fronting that argument that since you benefit the most you're resposible is very flawed, at the moment we know that the top four are the Ocampo 4, Raila could be number 5 or 6 or 7 but so far he hasn't made it to the top 4 so you have to live with that. Like Ocampo said, there are so many other responsible but he is only going after the top ones so it is the responsibility of Kenyan courts to go after the rest, if you think Raila is the Kenyan courts should go after him.

@Ali
It depend on where you stand on this, I do not see anything wrong calling for their arrest but again it is the court to decide.

ICC targeted those who organized and financed.... If Ruto is saying RAO benefited, isn't he forgetting Baks position? and the 100 acres he acquired from Muteshi for 5years? Hiyo ni mahindi season ngapi?
