In fact we should never have one like @MK again, the one who said erections will be "at the end of this year next year" and then calls someone who report exact that as bloody bure kabisa.
No please, we dont need another one of this type.

People keep talking of development. The young men of Central Province will never live to enjoy the said development as they will all be dead from drinking illegal liquor distributed under the nose of his government. What other bigger effort will the next president need to out do this?

Don't we just love messianic leaders? If your neighbor drinks himself to death how is it the government's failed leadership? Society is not always reflective of the leadership and vice versa. To give an example, one of the most beloved US presidents JFK during his short stint at the top presided over a racist white society. Is this reflective on his leadership? What did he do to stop it?How has history judged him?
Kibaki has done exceptionally well under the circumstances, no one is perfect. As pointed out in another post, Kenyans just LOVE to complain about anything and everything!

There are Mututho laws which the government has decided they do not exist. Government has failed to enforce it's own laws given consent by the President himself!

That just caught my attention.you are right but it's not like that in kenya or africa.
Kenyans esp, pay allegiance to their leaders. We follow them like blind sheep even if what they say doesn't seem to make much sense.
And this happens because they 'buy/bribe' us.
In kenya we 'hardly' question leaders. We dont ask why,how and when if asked to do something because we fear losing some favours.
As long as there is a promise ahead whether true or false we all say yes.

A leader who buys his people tends to have influence over them because they dance to his tunes. He becomes a semi god and the people he rules over start reasoning just like him. They talk like him and act like him.
A true reflection of the leader.

I could be wrong but that is what I see in Kenya, its no wonder we have a lot of recyling going on.

To give you a clearer picture, lets take for instance the law against prostitution in the US. It has been there for ages yet prostitution thrives. Is it a case of failure by the government(s) or on the society?
