Was just watching the absolutely beautiful win by Hellen Obiri in the 3000 metres race at world indoor championship in Instanbul. A great effort a fantastic win and more..........

she is quite young and showed great promise last year - she will definitely pick a medal for us. What happened to Nancy Jebet Langat?

...I know a little bout athletics but this surprised me, i just dint see it coming, Defar had won the indoor title for the last 4 years and i couldn't believe what i was seeing good stuff Obiri!! Jelimo welcome back..
