@Guka wa bijuti, this statement, unlike the others done by Raila, is not signed by himself or by Caroli. He may as well disown it if it generates too much heat. If it was done with his knowledge, then it is a blunder. Ignoring Uhuruto denies them the publicity they so much look for.

The damage will have been done, if its isn't already. This is what Mutahi Ngunyi calls cannibalizing himself. RAO is under siege but ignoring this wars would have been in his best interest. At this rate he will be very lucky to get anything from GEMA and R.V, add MM to the mix and someone needs to tell me where 50%+1 will come from, because I don't.

Also, just because his name was not on the Ocampo list does not make him innocent, we were here in 07/08. He needs to tread carefully on this matter.

from time to time we should learn to call a spade a spade, they are suspects and they are raising tension in the country in their so called prayer meetings. And if there is evidence of anyone else not among the ICC4 they should be tried as well. We ve lied to ourselves for so long

Tension? What tension? may be political tension (tide against RAO) but not otherwise. I don't seem to feel it, or am I in the wrong county.

what or where is this tension? just like the imagined tension hyped by the press just before the ICC confirmations. claiming that Ruto and UK are creating tension smacks of one trying to stop others from campaigning. what is Raila afraid of?

I just want a serious discussion on IDP's and land issues in Kenya. One day someday we shall have posts here that reflect the need to deal with issues that affect the country. Not suspected criminals.

It reminds me of the Tea Party. Always discussing Obamas birth certificate simply because they hate his colour(read tribe). Sisi njinga tu kama hao wazungu and that my friend is saying something.

I hate politics especially the uninformed Kenyan kind but for the first time I really want a "man" to stand up and be counted. If it means being hounded out of towns by obviously hired goons, so be it.

The first politician who will take on impunity will make me wake up and go vote. Any other katikati movements and I will join the hundred of thousands of Kenyans who won't participate in game show elections.

But it is time that Kenyans stood up to what is ailing them. Silly tribal arguments that take them nowhere.

Lest you forget. People died in 1997, 2002, 2007. Their blood must be repaid and in kind. I'm shocked to see the level humans will stoop to to try and make a point for their tribe. As if those who were killed care.

If someone is a suspect for stealing a chicken, you have 500 policemen outside his door. Some people were burned in a church, others shot in the back. If you forget that, then you deserve the muthamakis you get. Na shauri yenu.

@alma i totally agree it is about time we started telling it like it is and not just politick for no good. Call a spade a spade. I will support whoever will take on stupidity, tribalism and status quo that keeps kenyans ignorant and poor.
