I have said before and I will say again, Harrydre is a worthless life, he is the kind of Kenyans who would arm themselve and kill their poor neighbor just because some rich politican said so, I want everyone to join me in condeming people like Harrydre.

What part of this argument is not clear to Harry, most of the Kikuyus that are IDP right now were uprooted from Central province and relocated to Rift Valley to create room for Kenyattas and their Friends, The IDP have nowhere to go because they are scared to go back to their homes and powerfull kikuyus do not want to see them lest someone suggest that they give up part of their land to them, that is why the government is forcing these people to go and live in an hostile environment and is not doing anything to protect or reconcile them with their former neighbors.

I am a kalenjin and I do think that everyone has a right to settle anywhere in Kenya, unfortunately alot of Kenyans do not share that view, but it is also important to note that these IDP are suffering because of other people's fault, it is squarely Kenyatta's and Kilenjin issue but poor common Kikuyu is got in the middle of it. Anyone arguing for Kenyatta or Moi is a fool.

what public land dude? All those chunks in Gatundu are not in public land? Ruiru and the likes. I want evidence of someone claiming his land was grabbed by Kenyatta. Just because people were not interested in land then and kenyatta was smart and saw it might be of use in the future doesn't mean he grabbed your land. I want to see someone provide evidence his/her land was grabbed. muache fitina.

@Drunkard I cant believe I totally agree with you today, the prince has to be protected at whatever cost in some quarters. I wonder for those who have kids if they lie to them through their teeth too for the sake of nyomba ya mumbi too.

And you too give an evidence showing that Onyato bought the parcels of land.
Give me a receipt now.

Do we have it on authority that Mzee Kenyatta allocated himself land or are we relying on hearsay and mythycal folklores.

Ok, how else could he have acquired all the land? In any case, all others (the commoners) were allocated their lands after the mkoloni... The out-roar from the freedom fighters said a lot! If it was a fair distribution, we'd expect say Kimathi to have had similar if not larger piece of land than the kenyattas, not so? All the politically connected and the home guards benefited the most....

@Laughing out loudly - it may not be ALL, but most of it. Its the only way you can have such vast pieces of land without having to "displace" anyone! Which means, it was allocated before the others left the concentration camps!

This world is not fair. But it will by orders from @kyt, @pariah, @wendz et al who sagely decree what kenyatta should do with his land. My unwanted advice is, spend time buying or grabbing yours if you must. Dont covet your neighbor's.

I thought @Wendz is a learned friend? Law is not about morality - that is in the domain of religion. No land will be returned on the basis of your preaching - find evidence and present to court.

There is so much hatred dispensed in this thread towards UK, WR and to some extent RAO. Needless. Would have thought that supporters of UK/WR would be seducing supporters of RAO with nice smooth words and vice versa.

I like wazua.

I buy all my properties.... And no thanks, I will not be grabbing anyone's land anytime soon... not even in my next life.

who has heard the juja story...

kigwe a relative of onyatts was called out one sunday afternoon to go for a drive..

they drove from gatundu all towards kilimambogo.. at one stage, kigwe, scared, told onyatts, "if we go further, ngata will kalas before we get back.."

so he was told to get out of the car and oha gikundo (tie a knot) in the nearest set of vines and grass...

and all the land from juja to where he stopped became his...

sasa kama hio landrover hiyo siku ingekua na ngata.. si angekua na shamba yote hadi matuu

Even if the Kenyatta family donates all the land their own, i don't think it will be enough for all the Kikuyus who are in other regions of this country. Besides why exactly are we blaming UK for what his Father did? IMHO Jaramogi wasn't an angel either but that doesn't stop some of you from supporting RAO. I think anyone who was in Wazua during the last elections would agree that this is how it all started before it got ugly. Not an appropriate topic to discuss this year!

Just wondering, how many acres of land does the delamere family own in this country?

Btw, Last time we had such an issue someone here said we should not blame RAO for what his relatives are accused of. DOUBLE STANDARDS

Get your facts right mr Arsenal TAZ.
UK and family owns fallow land more than 500,000 acres.
We have less than 250,000 IDPs.
This will give each IDP at least 2 acres each, this include a day old baby owning 2 acres.
Surely!!!
