I agree with James Orengo.
The party constitution says the party leader is the presidential candidate.
Why didnt mudavadi fight for party leadershp position?
Are you saying he's never read the party rules?
Why sneak through the window on some new ambitions?

MM’s current ‘’aggressive campaign for the ODM nomination’’ has got nothing to do with the party (nomination) rules.

1. MM has already decided to leave ODM; it is a question of 'when', not 'if'
2. MM has already identified his destination; He just wants to vuruga, koroga and finya ODM as much as he possibly can before he formally announces his departure and tells us his destination
3. The current ‘warnings’ and ‘ fair nomination’ statements are just a softening of the ground so that he can play the ‘victim’ rather than the ‘Kalonzo’ when he departs.

Hii ni siasa as it should be- I like his new found bravado. It gives voters another option at the debe. I think he should hasten his exit and start promoting his policies and tell voters who he really is because he has always been somebody’s ‘handbag’ and we voters dont really know him.

You're ntitled to your opinion but MM is able to do your number 1, can not do any of the number 2 you list above as his not like the young ambitious Ruto/Uhuru who will tell it as it is/stand their ground however bad it turns out.
I may be wrong but he may chamelion (many colours) than just a wetarmeloon Kalonzo (Green and Red).

It couldnt get any further from the truth!!

To start with Raila left ODM-K and played victim. as he arranged to acquire ODM from their hitherto common enemy - Mugambi Imanyara!!

Coming back to Mudavadi issue and the purpoted party rules!

How come the Raila faction of ODM all along have been clamouring for NDC nomination!
Did they not know of this 'latter day' party rule.

They conveniently invoke it when they realise Mudavadi is geared for proper nomination not the charade of 2007.

RAO is a Looooooooooooooser!

They say that the rule was brought so as to block Ruto, now they are triggering it so as to block Mudavadi!

If Mudavadi is a man enough, why can't he just leave NOW!

Everyone in ODM is just like RAO. Loooosers!

Sometimes ago, someone had pointed out that PK might the running mate for RAO. This has some truth in it and that must be why Mudavadi is angry!

One thing is for sure, he's become more appealing to anti odm areas/people.
If he's serious he want to tame raila, then he must be our friend who's been silent all along. Where do they sell ODM life membership tickets here in OHIO? I need many

Mudavadi's reason for giving a stab at the big seat has puzzled many. It has left us with guesses as to why he wants to go for it.

I somehow agree with @dunkang, if Musalia had not declared his interest in the big seat, some people would still be asking him to be content with the Nairobi Governor seat!

Who wants to be relegated to the smaller league while they should be going for the main trophy in the big league?

Also, there is the possibility that this whole thing is a bright attempt by ODM to win over voting blocks that they had lost.

I also do think that this is a ploy to build/consolidate more members to ODM by appearing to be fighting amd more sympathy membership is registered with the 'understanding' they have to vote for MM.

Has ODM met the parties rules of each county membership? for i can see the numbers that could have failed in western are already in.
