Kibaki allowed the tribal crashes to take place so that the suspicion of each other would finally be addressed once and for all. That is the difference between a coward who takes it slowly and prefers to suffer slowly for life while the courageous one says let hell break loose but when things settle down, the bully will be taken care off for good.
That is what small minds do not see and prefer a nyef nyef variety of a leader than development conscious leader.
