I find this rather uninspiring especially coming from Kibunjia, there is ,more urgent business in hate mongering among our politicians that the NCIC find shies away from. The better unit of measure should be the proportion of persons from the so called minorities who make up the basic criteria on merit to deserve employment in universities. The population ratio though skewed is not entirely manufactured by the beneficiaries.
