I hear Kibs had to send RAO to reassure M7 that there is no plot to sideline him. Fellow had been sulking in a corner over the perceived slight.

For rink - see today's daily Nation page 5.

Not sure is Kibs send Raila, but the government thought is important to have a senior person reassure M7 that we have no unterior motive here.

Apparently Southern Sudan has signed contracts with three countries including Uganda for oil pipelines. Uganda route should connect with Tanzanian port. Kenya is competition. IT is a question of who delivers first.

unless it's not said that M7 and JK are also fast tracking Tanga-Musoma-Uganda railway line (Possibly linking Musoma to a port in Uganda via L.Victoria)

The message was on the situation between the governments of Sudan and SS.The PM also had an opportunity to address a poverty alleviation conference at state house Entebbe.

S.S is also seeking the long route via UG and TZ? I thought the shorter route is better! Ethiopia too is seeking a longer route via Kenya while the Djibouti route has always been available. Djibouti relies heavily on its port and Ethiopian imports and exports are the bulk of activity there.

Since Raila has lately chosen to behave himself, lets not mock him.

However, criticism whenever due... yeah
