Raila can retain the use of odm name even without musalia. But Musalia cant use the name odm bila raila? Meaning, bila raila, no odm. Raila = od musalia=m (movement). Kalonzo moved from being the leading candidate in opinion polls to the opportunist, indecisive tags he cannot shed today. I wouldn't trust RAO politically, he would be worse than MOI.
