what if UK won in 2002..this would have been his last term as prezzo? knowing him do you think he would have accepted to step down? I doubt it..he would have changed the constitution so as to continue ruling untill 80....yaani for kitu 45yrs ...well,if he is destined to rule kenya, let us delay it kidogo mpaka afike 65-70..that way he can rule for a few years na awachie wengine....

But we are seeing the opposite happening in Senegal (Wade), Zimba, and others who are very old but wont give it up. They believe in ruling till they die.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

Mo1 is a big fan of UK but I think he only endorsed him as his preferred leader for Central Kenya....case of the media trying to make a story out of it!

Listening to the entire Moi speech, did he really mean to endorse Uhuru for President.

My be so, may be not.

My view the context in which he spoke doenst bring out the meaning that was deduced by the Media houses.

You could be right. In my view too,Moi meant to endorse UK as the defacto Okuyu leader just as the late NK "was".

Ditto.
