[quote=ngapat]What does this mean for Ocampo team

The truth eventually prevails. What pains however is that time wasted by the accused cannever be recovered. Of importance is to know who encouraged Kabutu to give lies to ICC.
On the other hand, why would the prosecutor not support the truth by not informing the Judges about the turn around of witness number 4?
Something here is not adding up. This witness number 4 might be someone else they want to protect. Then, the story goes on to tell us that witness 4 was not under protection. Then why did they hide his identity if he did not need protection.
Sample this, "In his submissions, Mr Kabutu had said that youths from Mathare, Huruma, Kosovo, and Murang’a were deployed to the Rift Valley “to defend our people.”
Dr Matsanga said that Mr Kabutu, through his lawyer Michel de Smedt, had expressed to Mr Ocampo his intention to pull out of the case through a letter dated December 10, 2010.
However, he said, the
prosecution failed to disclose this to the judges".
Failing to disclose this to the judges is equivalent to saying someone wants to nail Uhuru and possibly Ruto by all means necessary. This is when I say without any doubt that a Mzungu will never do anything that is beneficial to an African, from slave trade to one sided ICC court cases and Corporate Vultures. Until the day Africa will stand on its own, the Mzungu will continue raping us from all available facets to ensure we never become a superpower or equal to him.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...Gaitho dialogues.
