The reason is that since introduction of the ETR machines,VAT cannot be increased very easily. There are serious logistics of re-programming the machines!! Behind the gardens...Behind the wall...Under the tree (Including: Red...Dark Blue...Yellow) Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Or much better,how are wages and salaries calculated and paid out? Does anyone know how much they'll make in a month? It beats me.
