Let the dead rest in peace, i watched NK funeral proceeding yesterday and not sure if it was my opinion or this is how they do things:-

1) During the mass service we had all sort of people hovering around the preso in the name of shaking peace greetings (Tutakiane salamu za amani)

2) The old ladies doing offering collection criss crossed around where the vip were seated, saw about four pitiaring near urezo kuokota sadaka.

3)The late NK family did not get chance to pay tribute to their father but just funny politicians payukaring.

4) By the way huko kwenyu mt Kenya bado wanaokota sadaka kwa idada ya mazishi

Shame on you

Security is about perception. Your concerns on that are therefore not major. The only issue is no.3 indeed the family should have not been hurried at all!Sad
You will know that you have arrived when money and time are not mutually exclusive "events" in you life!

All this characters must have been screened before entering the venue, so there was no security threat inside the venue to begin with.

Did you notice the cheers when mguu-tupu endorsed UK, that is evidence enough to prove how secure Baba Jimmy was with the non-VIP attendees.

Or, did you want to mean, 'verbal' security threat from the VIPs to the commoners?

the president was at home and everyone must have been thoroughly screened to be near the okwonkwos. Me thinks if the funeral was elsewhere in Kenya, more than a few things would ve been different
