Really need expert advice i work around JKIA n i want to jenga a 4 bedroom maisonette from where i should commute to work use car most times but public transport is really important 4 me. My budget 4 a 50x100 is 500k. Got good plots in Katani Shangilia which is 24km away from JKIA of which 12km is impassable in rain and no public transport. Kitengela area where am getting at 500k is 40km from JKIA tarmack but area is uninhabited yaani cant jenga and move in. Now there is this kaplace(Kyumvi) 0.7 km b4 Makutano-Machakos junction on the right has a countryside scenery with green hills and scenic view of Lukenya hills, Runda like neighbourhood and plot is just 3rd row from tarmac 200m from main road and has title 450k i have fallen for the place am i making right decision any warnings.Its 38km from JKIA on tarmac and no traffic to encounter.
