Makes a good story. The truth is that most women will 'target' a higher status man for his seed hoping that the man will commit, elevate her status, take care of her and the baby.
This is a very high risk strategy since the man will usually be married with one or several families but if it works the payoff is good.
If it doesn't work the woman will just lay low and wait for a man in her class to marry her.
If it is all about intelligence and looks, then these women would be camping at the medical, law and engineering schools harvesting the genes of goodlooking, intelligent virile students. I am sure they will have no qualms about donating their DNA.

This is pure selfishness!!!!! Why were they brought up by both parents and want to deny their children the right of having a father? If it is difficult for them to get a responsible husband, how will they succeed in playing the roles of both father and mother in their children's lifes?

It is totally unfair to attempt to bring up a kid as a single mother. What my young daughter sees in me is totally different from what she see in her mum. After all am a father and she is the mother. Both of us are crucial in her life and we cannot pretend to have the ability to play both roles. God never intended that in the 1st place.
