SO if the dude serves the one month, hii maneno kwisha? ama bado they will follow him to pay money he does 'not' have?

In my simple mind, I think GBM could have handled this one better.

So if the Jr Moi serves the jail terms even if its 3 months then what happens next?
And suppose he surely cant pay?
I know all his biacharas are registerd in some odd names so you cannot pick out clearly his biznas.
Si they just jail him, then he serves the terms, set him free and there he goes and marry some humble kaleo!!
