Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

I believe insider trading is rampant in NSE given the movements of certain stocks prior to major announcements. It is hard to curb this in Kenya,even the rules CMA is proposing would not serve the ordinary investor like you and me. Whether a major shareholder discloses disposal or purchase of 10% by 9 am,how does that help the ordinary investors- if fraud has occurred,it has occurred….they should make it punitive to trade in non-public information like it is in the US.
