I have just been told of an acre that is being sold in Kitengela at the Prison's area. The owner is based in US. He is in the country for the last 2 weeks or so and is travelling back on Sato and wants to sell this land. He was asking 2m (which i understand is the going rate of that area - someone can confirm). He is kinda getting desperate with the time going so he is willing to take 1.4m. All the papers and documentation are ready. clean title. Wants to conclude the deal before he leaves.
