I’m thinking of starting a collegeThink . I want to start it as a company rather than as a sole proprietorship.

Now a number of things:

1. Where can I get a template of an Articles of Association and a Memorandum of Association for Kenyan Companies?
2. If I have these docs, will it cut down the advocate’s fees?
3. What is the least amount of money that I need to spend in order to have a company incorporated?
4. What are the minimum requirements of setting up a learning institution that is VERY basic? Like one that deals with very basic this like excel and stuff?? The requirements in the Ministry of Higher Education are just too muchBrick wall Brick wall . I need the registration so as to get the .ac.ke domain name.
5. Which organizations are the best for getting unsecured loan of like $25K

I think the skill of simple research is seriously lacking in Kenya.

All the info you are asking for here can be found by simple call to a few offices and by simple internet search.

My advice: don't waste your time starting the college, or any business for that matter if you can't get basic information on your own!
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
